At Laveli Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, we have the following no-show, deposit and cancellation policy:


No-Show Policy


A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling in advance. 

We require 48 hours' to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid fee. 
 

  • No-shows will be charged a fee of $25.


    Late Cancellation Policy
     

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
 

  • Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a late-cancellation fee of $25.
     

Deposit Requirements
(New Client Only)
 

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 of the total service cost is required for all services lasting 3+ hours (such as color corrections, balayage/highlights, extensions, keratin, etc.). Deposits apply toward the final price of your service on the day of your appointment.
     

  • Deposits may be transferred if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice of your original appointment. 
     

  • Rescheduling with less than the required notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

     

Why This Policy Exists?
 

No-shows and last-minute cancellations leave our stylists with empty appointment slots and affect our ability to serve other clients. This policy helps us maintain fair scheduling and consistent availability.
